Bible
Pilgrim Presbyterian Church is centered on the Bible and its message - the good news of the gospel (1 Corinthians 15).
The gospel we preach and believe is that God the Father sent his only son Jesus to pay the price for our sins and to rise again from the dead for our salvation.
Worship
Pilgrim is a worshiping church, hearing God's word and responding with prayer and praise (Psalm 100).
Our worship service would be called “traditional” in style, but we worship the way we do because it’s biblical. The triune God speaks to sinful men through his son. By the power of the Holy Spirit we respond in faith and repentance.
Family
Pilgrim is a close-knit church family (Romans 12:10-13 and Matthew 12:49-50). We share each-others’ trials and joys, and we love spending time together. We know each other well, through spending time together at church, and through Christian hospitality in our homes.
We hope you’ll join us to hear the good news – “that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, and that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.” Because of that historical fact which demonstrates the eternal love of God, we praise our Lord, obey his word, and love our neighbors.
